After falling for a mysterious girl, a queer teenager tries to piece together the extraordinary puzzle of that girl’s disappearance. Otherworld explores what it means to truly know someone, why we hold on to wonder and beauty, and what happens when two lost people find each other, anchoring its tale in modern interpretation of Celtic folklore and legend. Otherworld was created by student organization Film and Television Writers of USC in 2022. The film was written by Casey Fleming and directed by Cat Johnson. It was produced by Casey Fleming and Charlotte Doyle, with Maximus Jenkins and Adele Marchenko as executive producers. Full credits run at the end of the film.
